If a staff member is a department head, or a super admin, only this person will be able to pay the expenses of employees in the department.
To access a collaborator's edition, navigate to the administration area and click on the Settings menu then click on the Collaborators submenu.
When a department is checked:
-a check box appears to allow the employee to be assigned as a "director" role of this department.
-Only a department director will see the timesheets of assigned employees in the timesheet.
