How to create unsubscribe link on Marketing Automation with Radius CRM?

To create unsubscribe link on Marketing automation module with Radius CRM, open your administration area and go to Marketing Automation Menu.

Go to Settings -> Select Email Configuration -> Select "Yes" -> Enter Unsubscribe text.

Save the setting by clicking on the Save button.

If you select No, the unsubscribe link will not be displayed.

When the email is sent, a link will be displayed for the customer/prospect to choose to unsubscribe and the system will then no longer be able to send emails to the customer/prospect.
